1. Install the pressure gauge Install a 50bar pressure gauge on the charging oil pressure measuring port to check the charging oil pressure of the charging pump. The hole is located on the side of the pump body. Install a 60MPa pressure gauge on the system pressure measuring port to check the working pressure and maximum pressure of the system. The hole is located on the flushing valve of the motor or on the side of the pump body. Install a 2×105Pa-760mm mercury dual-purpose pressure gauge at the inlet of the charging pump to check the oil suction capacity of the charging pump. Use an open-end wrench to check all pipes and joints: to make sure they are installed correctly and installed tightly.
2. Refueling the tank Fill the hydraulic oil into the tank. The oil level should be at 3/5-4/5 of the oil level gauge: refueling should be carried out using a refueling machine with a 10μm filter element (these oils must be filtered to ensure that they do not contain particles larger than 10μm and water).
3. When the oil level is determined to be lower than the charging pump, disassemble the charging pump suction pipe and inject pre-filtered hydraulic oil. If it is a closed pressurized oil tank, loosen the oil suction pipe and inject 7×104Pa air pressure into the oil tank to force the hydraulic oil to pass through and fill the oil suction pipe and oil filter until there is no oil with bubbles. At the same time, make sure that the valve on the oil circuit is open. When the oil tank is higher than the replenishing pump, loosen the oil pipe connecting the replenishing pump to one end of the oil tank and check whether the hydraulic oil can naturally flow through the oil pipe to reach the replenishing pump. If a closed pressurized oil tank is used, the oil cap of the oil tank must be loosened to allow it to flow to the atmosphere. If the oil cannot flow naturally through the oil pipe and filter, add a low pressure of 7×104Pa air pressure to the oil tank. If the oil still cannot flow through the oil pipe and filter, check whether there are any obstacles in it and make sure that the valve on the oil circuit is open.
4. Filling the shell with oil Fill the shell of the pump or motor from the oil drain port at the top. If it is a pressurized oil tank, open the oil drain port at the top of the motor. The oil will flow from the oil tank through the return pipe, radiator, pump body, motor pool oil pipe, and enter the motor housing until the motor housing is filled with oil without bubbles. It can be determined that the pump, motor and various pipelines are full. At the same time, it must be noted that the valve on the return oil pipeline is open.
5. Fill the oil tank and then fill the oil tank to ensure the normal flow demand of the oil replenishment pump.
6. Neutral check Check whether the pump control handle is in the neutral position. It is important to loosen the mechanical connecting rod and see whether the pump control valve is in the neutral position. If correct, reconnect its mechanical connecting rod.
7. Start the engine Start the engine and keep it idling. Do not accelerate the engine at this time: run for 30-40 seconds, the oil replenishment pressure gauge reading should be at least 13×105Pa higher than the pump body pressure, let the pump control valve be in the neutral position, and run rapidly for about 5 minutes to ensure that all parts of the system are full of oil. If the oil filling pressure fails to reach 13×105Pa higher than the pump body pressure after 40s, please turn off the engine quickly and try again after 5min. If it still doesn't work, troubleshoot the problem. If it is driven by an electric motor, do not exceed 15s.
8. Measure the pressure. Accelerate the engine to 50%~70% of full throttle. The measured oil filling pressure should meet the designed oil filling pressure value of the hydraulic pump: Note: Check the hydraulic product manual to know the pressure value of each displacement oil filling pump.
9. Fill the hydraulic oil. Turn off the engine and check the liquid level of the oil tank. If the liquid level drops due to system oil filling, add hydraulic oil.
10. Start the engine and start the engine again, and accelerate to 50%~75% of full throttle. Slowly push the control lever forward. At this time, the oil filling pressure is about 2.8×105Pa. Pull the control lever to the neutral position and then slowly pull it back. The oil filling pressure will still be about 2.8×105Pa. Repeat the test 3~4 times. Increase the throttle to full speed and check that the inlet pressure of the oil charge pump is not less than 8×104Pa absolute pressure. Otherwise, the inlet pipeline must be checked and reinstalled.
